Dr. Robedee is President of SuperSure, a consulting and training firm specializing in clarifying and enhancing the evaluation process of school superintendents through the implementation of best practices based upon research and literature. SuperSure works with both school boards and superintends to improve the annual appraisal process.
Dr. Robedee has always wanted to be a leader in education. He studied anthropology and biology at the undergraduate level and received two bachelor’s degrees and graduated magna cum laude. He then received his master’s degree from a tier one university. Dr. Robedee then pursued a doctorate degree in administration and supervision from another tier one university. He has worked as a science, computer, and engineering teacher in Texas. He has had the great pleasure of teaching every grade from first grade to tenth grade.
Over the years, he has been able to develop the following skills: communication, problem solving, and leadership. Science has taught him to collect and analyze data to arrive at a valid conclusion. Computer science has taught him attention to detail while engineering has taught him solve complex problems and push the boundaries of what’s possible. Unlike science, which works from the bottom-up, a consultant works from the top-down. The core skill for a scientist is analysis while the core skill for a consultant is judgment. Having the ability to combine these two core skills is what makes SuperSure the top choice in superintendent evaluation consulting and training.
